Scouting Programs
Scouting
The Saint Louis Science Center welcomes Scout troops to visit and explore the Science Center as part of a badge requirement or for special programming. Scout groups can book seats for Planetarium shows and OMNIMAX® films, which often contain information relative to badges of all levels. Daily live shows on the Energy Stage, and Solar Sunday telescope viewings are also wonderful ways to expose your scouts to STEM.

Bugs
April 19, 2026, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Insects are everywhere and they do much more than “bug” us. No matter the time of year, Scouts in this workshop have the opportunity to observe live insects. Weather permitting, from April-October, Brownie Scouts will get hands on as they discover an array of insects who call our orchard area home. All requirements of this badge will be met.
Flowers
