First Friday Approved Partner Registration

We look forward to working with you as a First Friday partner! Please use this form to register to participate in the February – June 2024 First Friday events. First Friday registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have not yet been approved as a First Friday partner, please visit our First Friday Partner Application.

Please indicate by number, with one(1) being your highest preference, the order of preference for the following events.
If you choose the same number multiple times (e.g., if you rank all months as “1”), we will choose your order of preference. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate in all of the months you select.
We will be screening a classic science fiction movie chosen by guests and focusing on the making of the classic films.
*This event is FULL, we are no longer accepting registrations for March 1 - Anime.* A night of anime appreciation Saint Louis Science Center style with a focus on the local anime scene.

We are throwing the Science Center back to the early 2000s pulling from our archives and celebrating pop culture of the era.
Featuring all versions of X-Men and celebrating the diversity within the franchise.

We will provide one 8 foot table with a plastic cover, two chairs, and a table sign for your table.
Please rank the following table locations with one(1) being your highest preference of location.
If you choose the same number multiple times (e.g., if you rank multiple locations “5”), we will choose your order of preference. We cannot guarantee that you will get your top location preference each time.
By submiting this form, you agree to:
     • Bring merchandise and/or activities that connect with the First Friday theme for the evening.
     • Arrive no later than 4:30pm to set up your table and activity.
     • Be ready to interact with visitors by 5pm and staff your table until 9pm.
     • Handle all purchases of your merchandise.
     • If you become unable to participate, notify the Science Center by emailing FirstFriday@slsc.org, a minimum of two weeks in advance of the program date. In order to be fair to all partners, if you cancel with less than two weeks’ notice, two times in a six month period, you will not be able to participate in a First Friday for the next six months.
